LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor") and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee") regarding the provision of digital licenses (configuration files, hereinafter referred to as the "Product") for use with the Cloudflare WARP VPS service.
1.2. The Licensee acknowledges that the Licensor does not provide VPS services, develop the application for connecting to a VPS, or assume responsibility for the functionality of the Cloudflare VPS service.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

2.1. The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive right to use the Product in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. The Licensee is solely responsible for installing and using the Product. The Licensor does not provide technical support for configuring or using the Cloudflare VPS service.
2.3. The license is granted solely for personal use and may not be transferred to third parties.
2.4. In exchange for the rights to use the Product under this Agreement, the Licensee shall pay the Licensor a license fee in the amount and manner specified in the applicable Tariff Plans.

3. LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

3.1. The Licensor does not guarantee internet access, connection speed, or the stability of the Cloudflare VPS service.
3.2. The license is non-refundable after activation, as the Product is a digital item.
3.3. The Licensee agrees not to use the Product for purposes contrary to applicable law.

4. LIABILITY

4.1. The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
4.2. The Licensee is solely responsible for using the Product in compliance with applicable laws.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

5.1. This Agreement comes into effect upon the Licensee’s purchase of the Product.
5.2. The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement without prior notice to the Licensee.
5.3. The Licensee’s use of the Product constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
5.4. The Public Offer to conclude this License Agreement is an integral part of this Agreement.
