Terms of Use of the Product

1. General Provisions
1.1. The Service grants the User the right to use the software product (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”), intended for working with the Cloudflare WARP VPS service.
1.2. The User undertakes to use the Product only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the legislation of their country of residence. It is prohibited to use the Service for illegal activities, including but not limited to: hacking attacks, distribution of malware, illegal content, and other violations of third-party rights.
1.3. The User confirms that they are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
1.4. The User is prohibited from using the Product to access information resources blocked under the legislation of the Russian Federation (including by decision of Roskomnadzor). Responsibility for violating this requirement rests entirely with the User.

2. Terms of Granting the Right to Use the Product
2.1. Access to the Product is provided after full payment of the selected subscription plan.
2.2. The Service provides access “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, especially in cases of restrictions or blockings imposed by communication providers, government authorities, or third parties.
2.3. Transferring account credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscription and Renewal
3.1. The subscription is automatically renewed after the paid period expires, unless the User has disabled the auto-renewal function in their personal account.
3.2. The User has the right to cancel the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access remains available until the end of the already paid period. Funds for the unused period are non-refundable.
3.3. Responsibility for timely disabling auto-renewal rests solely with the User.

4. Refunds
4.1. A refund is possible only within 14 calendar days from the date of the first payment, provided that the following conditions are met simultaneously:

  • a significant technical defect of the Product is identified that makes its use impossible;
  • the defect is confirmed by the support service and not fixed within a reasonable time.

4.2. A refund is not granted if:

  • more than 14 days have passed since payment;
  • the User has already started using the Product (account login, subscription activation, etc.);
  • the request concerns a partial refund for the remaining subscription period;
  • the User has violated the terms of use.

4.3. To receive a refund, the User must contact support with payment details. The request is reviewed within 10 business days. Funds are transferred using the same method as the original payment.

5. Liability of the Parties
5.1. The Service is not responsible for restrictions or blockings of access caused by actions of third parties or government authorities.
5.2. Leaks of account credentials and any losses caused by the User’s own actions cannot be grounds for a refund.
5.3. The Service is not responsible for the User’s actions, including using the Product to bypass restrictions established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.2. In case of conflict between these terms and the laws of the Russian Federation, the applicable law shall be the current legislation.
